This 3-day training introduces participants to the complete cement production cycle, combining theoretical knowledge with practical insights from real-world plants. Delivered by Eng. Sherif Fasseeh, a senior process consultant with extensive global and local experience, it offers practical exposure to the key stages of cement manufacturing.
Course content:
- Cement Chemistry
Fundamentals of raw materials, chemical reactions, and clinker formation. - Quarry Operations
How limestone and other key materials are extracted and prepared. - Crushing
Mechanical processes are used to reduce the material size for further treatment. - Raw Material Grinding
Grinding techniques and equipment are used to prepare materials for burning. - Burning Process
A deep dive into kiln operation, heat exchange, and clinker production. - Cement Grinding
The final processing stage to produce the cement used in construction.
